Mend Zanussi DWS939 Dishwasher Tablet

My zanussi dws 939 isnt working properly?

After a wash the tablet is partly disolved on the bottom of the dishwasher. The catch for the where you put the tablet does lock but seems weak and opens easily. Has anyone got any ideas how I can fix it? |Replace the spring?

hi kev if its partly desolved then the machine is not getting any water this is usually the fill valve on these its got a anti flood built in and they dont last very long
