dyson cr01 stuck in demonstration mode?

how on earth do you get a dyson out of demo mode, i have tryedturning on and pressing "temp" then "soil" which gets it into diagnotic but apart from that it just demos all the time.......help!

spoke to dyson repair man about this and he said it a demo machine and would cost £120 to sort out.he said take it back to the shop that sold it and get your money back as these demo machines belong to dyson and not the shop
