There is a button on the radio marked with a circle. Turn the ignition on but keep the engine switched off. Make sure the radio is switched off too. Now:
Step 1: Press and hold button marked with circle
Step 2: While holding button switch radio on and wait for 3 seconds. You should hear a confirmation beep
Step 3: Use buttons 1 - 4 to enter the code given. Press each button repeatedly until the number you desire shows on the screen and then move to the next number.
Step 4: Once code is on screen press and hold button marked with circle and wait 3 seconds. Once more you should hear the beep.
Step 5: Your player should now be ready to use.

Note: If this does not work you may need to contact Vauxhall and have the player unlocked however this is not possible with all players
