What are the controls on our Hotpoint DF61 Dishwasher?

My wife has bleached the controls on our Hotpoint DF61 Dishwasher so I dont know what the buttons do. Can anyone just descibe what they do? Thanks.

Round comtrol- clockwise start, wash, rinse, dry.
Handle
On off button,
Supr 65 degree wash,
Normal 55 degree wash
Economy 55 degree wash,
Quick 40 degree wash ,
Salt level indicator light.
