how do i fix my ceiling fan bought from b&q 3 lights?

how do i fix my ceiling fan bought from b&q everything works fine on it apart from their is no down draft.. tryed switching up daft/ down draft nothing at all... it just stopped working...lights work, fan turns round, motor works what is wrong with it and how can i fix it...

when the power is turned on the fan spins.. yes thats what im saying ...it is possible as it is in the trouble shooting section of instruction... it says blades to close ceiling or switch is in rev/fwd... this does not fix the problem i tryed switching fwd/rev and blades have not been moved.... so can someone please help fix it before summer sets in....

Are you saying that when the power is tuned on the fan spins? I had a B&Q fan and it would drive in both directions in order to direct the draft downwards or upwards. (They made a point in the instructions NOT to operate that switch while the fan was running however.). If the fan is spinning under power you will have draft up or down anything else is not possible.
