95 ford explorer cd cartridge wont eject?

option 1:
open the slot to view the magazine. find two flat pieces of metal maybe two inches wide each. push one between the magazine and the inside top of the changer, and do the same for the bottom half. make sure to insert them in the center of the magazine. there are two release tabs holding the magazine in. push the two pieces of metal toward each other, grip tight and pull up. the magazine should come right out.

Option 2:
tools needed....
7mm socket
phillips head screwdriver/t25 star bit
4mm socket
5mm socket

raise center console, remove bottom cover.
remove 7mm screws. remove two screws on side above changer,
will either be star bit or philips(some models vary).
pull changer out, unplug clip holding changer in.
remove 5mm screws, there are 6. pull casing off.
remove 4mm screws and pull changer apart. magazine should come out.


*note: i highly suggest the first method.
