Mend Accenta 8 System

My Accenta 8 System?

When the alarm is off I am getting a bleeping sound periodically. ( I think it is due to the movement sensor) I know there is a code to stop this but I cannot contact the fitter. It is very similar sound to a low battery in a fire alarm
