Mend Beko Classic 4 Oven Electric

oven and grill not heating???

when putting the dinner on two nights ago.. i found the the oven heated up slightly then went cold very quickly and the grill did the same at the same time.. both havent worked since..
could someone please provide me with an answer... model is a beko single oven and grill classic 4
