Matsui TVR180 lost AV Channel?

This TV fails to display the AV channel when 0 pressed on remote. Remote is ok.
channel 0 (AV) is skipped when moving up and down through channels.

Scart connected devices do not automatically display

Built in video player works ok though

Scart Lead and DVD player working ok on other tv's

I have the same problem - the only solution I've found so far is to use my Sky remote (which is configured for the tv), TV + 'Help' appears to switch between the AV channels.
