standby light not on?

I have just switched off my matsui 42p900 tv to move it,and now ive moved it ,it wont switch back on,the fuse appears to be fine its all plugged in and everything but nothing

Theres a main switch on bottom right hand side of tv. Turn it on. When you picked up tv you turned it off.
