cold water does not fill on my kenmore wahing machine?

The cold water does not fill in my kenmore washing machine, only the hot. How do I fix this?

ur colld water valve hos gone or jets r blocked in dispencer tray

Hello,

Turn the cold water side off and remove the hose that connects to the water valve. Check to make sure that the filter screen inside is not clogged with sediment. This will block the water from flowing through the valve. If that does not work, sounds like a bad valve.
