Help, my 9448 no longer works?

After cutting through a wire for my alarm (i didn't realise at the time lol) the whole street could hear i'd messed up..... so i stripped back the wires and tied them back together......
The alarm was ringing for about half an hour.

BUT.. now, when i press any buttons on my keypad, there is hardly any sound at all..... the internal speaker has gone really quiet.... also none of the sonsors now work in the house, they used to flash red..

and when i set the alarm, it just flashes a little red light on each of the zones, but nothing else, it doesn't set...
Also i tried to test the bells, but that didn't work either.. help :(
