had this problem too. empty all contents of fridge and freezer. turn off from the mains for a period of at least 24hours. turn on and test for coolness after another 24 hours.
An engineer told me this - and it worked for us . the fridge fan is getting iced up , this is the case even on frost free items,.
damn fridge sucks!
