Mend Cd Steering Wheel

Where are the kingpins?

Where are the kingpins? I looked on my CD manual and could not find them. Since the storm I have replaced the steering wheel, center grommet, two hoses, and looked for any other possible solutions. Like I said earlier my tractor steers but the power steering for some reason is not helping. Any help would be appreciated.

Kingpins are the swivels about which the wheels pivot. They are the vertical pins that allow the wheels to steer.
