how can i fix my phillips iron?

every time the iron turns on the power cuts off in my house

you may have a fault with the iron, that trips the circuit breaker. You do not say whether you have a RCB (earth leakage breaker), if you do have one, then your iron needs looking at, as this is what maybe tripping the circuit.
