I had the same problem with my Glow Worm 24CXI,Ichanged the diverter valve,diverter motor,system pressure switch,and water flow switch,it was none of these that was causing the problem,it ended up being the heat exchanger,it was bloked so we took it out and gave it a good clean out,now we have hot water with a good pressure.
