Mend Belling XOU176SS Electric Oven Grill

How can I fix my Belling XOU176SS?

Any ideas on what could be the problem with my Belling XOU176SS electric oven.... it has stopped working on the oven setting but still works on the grill. When I turn it onto the oven setting without the fan it starts to heat up but with lots of smoke! Any ideas on what may be the problem? Could it be the element?

Yes mate it is defo the element same thing happened to me, easy to fix as well i got instuctions off the internet
