If you have a 301 keyboard error code, can you get around it?
I have a Thinkpad 600x and the error code 301 keeps coming up. Can I get around it by putting it on a docking station and adding an auxillary keyboard of adding a wireless keyboard?
I don't want the cost of replacing the keyboard.
Thank you.
I got the same problem about IBM Thinkpad 600 "e0 301", i tri to fix this problem in plugin the usb keyboard and check the stuckup keypad, but the same problem occurs.
Any can help about this issues?

Try running the keyboard diagnostic while pressing each key several times in turn. If that doesn't fix it you don't need a dock to attach an external keyboard as your PC has a PS2 port. I suggest that your borrow a keyboard and try it pugged into the port to see if it fixes the problem. If all else fails download a service manual from www.lenovo.com and try re-plugging the keyboard cable inside the box.
