Mend Worcester 350 Heating Hotwater

Worcester 350 not working, help!?

My in laws have a worcester 350 it was working fine then, without warning, they had no hot water or central heating?

Any ideas?

More info. Do the pumps run? does the fan run?
Have you tried the reset switch(overheat)?
If it runs low on pressure it can overheat.
