HOW CAN I FIX MY 1300 ENDURA ENGINE 1997 FORD ESCORT?

I HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH MY FORD APPARENTLY IT IS DUE TO ONE OF THE SENSORS. IT STARTS UP OK,BUT AT TIMES IT STALLS ESPECIALLY AT A JUNCTION,ALSO WHEN YOU DRIVE ALONG IT NOW OVER REVS. I HAVE CHANGED THE TPS AND THE MAF SENSOR ALSO ANOTHER THAT I CAN'T THINK OF, I HAD IT PUT ON ONE OF THESE ANALYSIS MACHINES WHICH POINTED TO THE MAF SENSOR BUT STILL NO CHANGE.I AM NOW LOST TO WHAT TO DO.CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

i know this may sound strange, try unpluging the air-flow sensor ive found before that that is where the problem is if it runs ok without it connected get it checked and replaced.
