inside tank on the end of fuel line.forcips work great for getting out of tank.cannot b cleaned .need new filter. rock style ,usually white.hope this helps.take off fuel mix cap to access filter.

all chainsaw fuel filters are in the fuel tank..take an old hanger or short piece of CLEAN wire and bend a hook and fish around..looks like a fish tank aerator..pull the old one and push on the new one..good luck
