gilera coguar 125, cuts out lots until warm?

try changing the exhaust logan, thats all i have left to do. i changed the carb and ignition coil already, i think its the exhaust

I sorted this by adjusting the pilot screw on the front underneath of the carb. Its awkward to get at but with the engine running turn it either way 'till it sounds good. The spec says 1.5 turns from closed, but mine is about 2.5 turns. After doing this I have had no problems since. Course I did get the carb off and service it first.

I have the self same problem. I put it down to carburation. I'll let you know how I got on with stripping the carb down, if I ever get that engine manual from klassart sent to me.

Wish I could help! My Coguar is now cutting out every few minutes! warm, cold, idling, accelerating, decelerating, running straight or going round a roundabout.

various garages have failed to identify the problem and I even had the the carboureter replaced but didnt help. Selling it for parts on e-bay now. but if anyone knows how to fix this problem I would like to keep the bike.
