Mend KitchenAid KCMS135S Microwave Replacement Repair

How to replace shelf (floor) of cooking cavity--what material?

I broke the shelf (floor) of the cooking cavity in a KitchenAid microwave--Model KCMS135S. The replacement part is no longer available through regular repair parts channels. Could a replacement be fabricated? What material?
Any other ideas?
