Mend Ariston FB 82 C IX AUS Oven Cooker

Where can I find a manual for my Ariston oven?

I have bought a house with an Ariston oven model FB 82 C IX AUS installed but apparently the manual has been lost. It is proving hard to read the operating symbols without a manual so does anyone know where I can obtain one or at least some info on how to understand the symbols?
