Mend Dolphin 1000 Power Shower Bathroom Water

How can I fix my Dolphin 1000 Power Shower?

My Dolphin 1000 Power Shower keeps cutting off.I've followed the usual instructions,ie let the water run for a minute before going to hot,turn down heat,clean shower head,whatever I do
the water cuts off after a very short time.Can anyone give me an answer please

I had a similar problem.
I fixed it by descaling the heating element.
Take off the cover and if the heating element is white, it needs descaling.

I detached one of the pipes and added liquid descaler.
When it was clear, I reattached and flushed through.

This seemed to fix the problem.
