Mend Renault Plugs 2.2 Vehicle

Where do I find heater plugs on my 2.2 renault diesel winnebago 1985?

I have a 1985 Winnebago with a 2.2 diesel engine and unable to find where the heatr plugs are fitted.

the only place the heater plugs will be in on the top of the head......the is a buzz bar that like them all up to one they are located just under the injectors.
