Mend John Deere STX38 Lawn Mower Tire

How do I get the right front tire/wheel off my john deer stx38?

We can't figure out what tool to use to remove the wheel to replace the tire. we've tried fix a flat and the hole is too large.

Check with an auto parts store for a slip ring removal tool. It will look simular to a pair of needle nose pliers, except when you squeeze the handle the jaws open. The tool I bought a few months ago had two extra jaws for different size rings.
