Mend Fiat 04 Doblo Start Turn Low

How do I increase the volume?

how do I increase the start up volume on the radio/cd in my 04 Fiat Doblo, when I turn off the ignition then turn it on again the volume is always so low I have to turn it up to hear it, is there a way to permanantly increase the start up volume

It is the original unit as fitted standard to the Doblo & the fiat dealer says it is designed to reduce to a preset volume when turned off & on again, I just wondered if the pre set volume could be increased

Should never be a problem if its the original head unit as it should use its memory to keep it at the volume you switched it off at, is it an aftermarket head unit such as sony/kenwood?
