how can i get pass "page not available" on my computer??

HI AFTER I GET GOING FOR 1HOUR OR MORE ON MY COMPUTER I GET THIS "PAGE UNAVAILABLE" COMING UP NEARLY 3 TIMES IN A HALF HOUR, THIS DISRUPTS EVERYTHING IM TRYING TO DO, CAN YOU HELP????

depends on what page your are trying to access, if this happens with all the pages you try to access then you have fault with your isp, to many users, if just one page same page then to many are trying to access it, or it really is available.
