thanks k that has done the job, i was lazy i spotted some milton tablets i put one in left it for two days and is working a treat.

The washer bottle filter fills up with bacteria. syphon out the water and chuck in half a bottle of milton steralising fluid and let it soak for a couple of hours. syphon it out and half fill with water. add some more milton and keep using it. It should clear after a few days Be patient

probably filter in washer bottle blocked - it is part of rubber sealing grommet where pump pushes into bottle.
