my power steering doesnt work,indicators dont work,?

my car has blowin fuse saxo 99 vtr every time i replace it it blows again my radio , windows , heat and powersteerin doesnt work how i fix

The pas works from the alternator outout so it only works when the engines running, usual thing is the ignition switch that packs in but pumps can go every so often.
The windows and indicators may just be a blown fuse or a faulty switch. Get a proper auto electrician to check it or take it to your dealer.
