Mend Citroen C5 Front Plate Lights

Sidelight bulb holders ?

Can anyone tell me where I can get new front sidelight bulb holders for my Citroen C5,55 plate.
Someone tried to fit DRL lights and just chopped off the bulb holders.
I’ve bought the car and am embarrassed to drive around with these stupid looking lights but I need the bulb holders before I can chop them off !!
So if anyone can help I’d appreciate it
