Assembly of filter dishlex 100?

I think I know which round bit - I had the same problem. It goes under the metal 'arm' thing that twirls around. Lift the metal twirly thing out of its hole, and put the round thing (sleeve down) on to the thing that the twirly thing goes into. Jiggle it around 'til it clicks into place. Then put the twirly thing back in its hole. I don't know what it does, but that's where it goes. Good luck!
