Mend Zanussi RSI900 Washing Machine Smell Drum

zanussi rsi 900 jetsystem?

Recently a musky smell has started from inside the drum, damp old material smell, not electrical burning. I have cleaned the bottom filter and the scum from inside the rubber around the door. The machine seems ok otherwise, we have started to close the door when not in use now because our twins are now mobile. Does anyone have any ideas or is it just because the door is now shut more often

hi usually its because the ubend is slightly blocked and the water from the sink runs into the machine
