my thomson 32wx411s turns itself off?

my thomson 32wx411s turnsitself off after about 2 minutes and stays off.
prior to it doing this when you turned the tv on it took 60 seconds to come on but its been doing this for about 2 years but then it started taking ages to come on and know its just died,any info would be great

I have the same problem... the red light of my 32WM402 keeps flickering, but it won't play anymore.
If I unplug the power cable and plug it in again after 5 minutes, the tv will play for 1 second.. than it's dead adain, with the red light flickering..

Hi, did you find a fix for you TV fault?? I have a Thompson Scenium 36" which also switches off at randum. Now it won't switch on at all. Any help & quotes will be handy, thanks.
