I have the same printer and i had to look on google for a key combination (Pressing the buttons near the lcd screen,you have to press all three buttons for it to work,its a form of resetting your printer,this is what epson do and then charge you £60 for the privilage),it is epsons way of trying to make you take it in for a service wen it does not need it,look on google for the answer to this and i am sure you will find what youre looking for.
