if you cant get the cover off, please dont try to service it, really, thats like asking a F1 driver, how to get into the car so that you can do the 'easy bit' ?!?

grip the front panel and just pull it up sharply. it should come off then.

easy - you pick up the telephone and call in a corgi engineer to service it. if you do it yourself and something goes horribly wrong it will be you that ends up in court!! you have been warned!
