Cold Shower?

Hi, I have a gainsborough 9.5 electric shower which I have had for about a year with no problems, but today the water is cold any ideas why this might be???????

Me too....

Almost 12-months to the day and no hot water whatever the setting.
It hasn't tripped the electrics, this is the second Gainsborough 9.5 i've had in the last 2-years.

there not particularly cheap but seem to be pretty unreliable.

Im experiencing an identical problem...had it just over a year and all of a sudden NO HOT WATER!!!!

Will give davyps answer a go...cant see it working myself...


Where can you get a new thermostat, how much are they???

WHY THE ECK HAS IT BROKE AFTER ONE YEAR!!!

I to have that model.Turn the cold on full power and slowly
introduce the hot.If this does not work then odds on your
thermostat needs replacing.
