Hia First you have to take off the blade and impeller. Then from the underneath you will see 4 screw heads in the body of the skirt and a further 4 around the impeller mounting. Take the 8 screws out. Then from the otherside take out the grass box and you will see the motor cover colour orange. Take this off as well and youwill now have full access to the belt mechanism and it easy to replace
