hotpoint ultima WM74 - full and wont empty?

To empty out all water the quickest way is to remove the washing machine waste pipe from your undersink conection and hold it as low as poss maybe into a bucket or drop the hose out your back door and just let gravity drain out all the water. You will still need to check the filter which is accessed by removing the sump to drain pump hose which is underneath the machine to the rear.
