how can i get my dash with the date working on my citreon picaso?

i tried the bulbs and fuse

Citroen Citroen Picasso Vehicles, Vans Dash Working Fuse

There has been a recall on the citreon picasso. There was a faulty part on vehicles with the chassis number beginning with 7. Contact your local dealer as this will be replaced free of charge.
