if it shows fault code AL03 it is the pump that is bloked to free it go to outlet side of appliance take out pump 3 screws will let you in to clean it out but be careful it can be messy

Sound like the pump is not working or is jammed with something
Little motor on outlet pipe, that has two wires to it. it can be taken apart ususally has 3 screws on it (Like a washing machine pump) that allow it to be cleaned.
