How do I set the clock on a creda cachet oven?

I have a Creda Cachet Solar Plus built-in oven and I know that it won't work unless the clock is set. We've had a powercut and need to re-set the clock and I can't find the instruction manual anywhere and random pressing isn't working!

press minute minder and cook period together for 5-10 seconds then adjust time with plus or minus. This worked for us after an hour of trying everything else.

If you press and hold the minus button after 4-5 secs the clock will reset itself allowing you to adjust the time firstly 12/24 hr setting (select which one using +/- button then press the 'step' button) then adjust the time iteslf and when the correct time is displayed press the 'step' button again and Bobs your Uncle.
