Mend Potterton Netahear Profile 50e Thermostat Heating

How do i set the thermostat on my pottetron 50e?

Have the installation guide, but this doesnt tell me how to reprogramme the wall mounted thermostat. Its a Potterton Netahear Profile 50e and I cant find a use manual anywhere! I want to change the programmed times/temperatures and change the time on the clock!
