What power steering fluid do I need to use for my Ford Fiesta Zetec (1999)?

My Power steering fluid needs topping up. I checked it earlier today and its on the minimum line. After checking various websites I am more confused than ever what type of fluid I should be using! Help!

Transmission fluid to ford specification ESP-M2C-166-H (Duckhams ATF Autotrans lll) If you ask in a decent motor shop they will point you in the right direction as many are cheaper but of the same spec .
