karl,to replace the wishbones,one at a time ...
jack up carand support remove wheel remove track rod end.remove bottom ball joint pinch bolt[which passes through the stub axle],if the ball joint is the type thats bolted to the wishbone remove bolts[three] then remove ball joint,if not just remove pinch bolt.
there are two bolts holding the other end of the wishbone in place these pass through the two bushes the front bolt is easy to get at but the back one is the hard one,for some reason it is fitted upside down[head of bolt at top against the underbody].it is difficult to remove but with the aid of some push and grunt it will come out or try cutting bolt in half as you can then place a new one in the right way up to suit you
after all that lever the ball joint out of the stub axle and the wishbone will pull out the new one comes with the bushes allready in the wishbone and the balljoint is there aswell about £20/30 quid from a good motorfactors.good luck m8
