Mend White Knight Day Light

white knight?

i have a self condensing tumbler dryer which was working fine then one day it stopped. the light comes on but when you turn the dial nothing happens. have checked the rest at the back which is fine. Have had problems before with the door trip and an enginner reparied this. how do i check, fix or bypass the door catch switch

Dont bypass the door switch. They are installed so your neighbours cat or kid is safe!. If you think it maybe the door switch, push "a piece of insulated key" into the actuating hole . If you hear a click and it goes, with timer set to dry, great!. Try longer actuating peg, or change switch. If not... could be thermostat , located on front panel under drum. Nightmare!.
