hotpoint dishwasher timer knob?

Can someone explain the steps in replacing or repairing the timer knob on my hotpoint dishwasher? I can still turn it on using a pair of pliers and it works fine, but the knob itself broke off on the outside. The model # is HD A150V-60WA Thanks for any help you can give me.
