Concept solarglo grill seems to have packed up..any ideas?

My concept solarglo grill no longer seems to be heating up. It was working yesterday but now it doesn't light on either single or dual grill (both were working yesterday). The fan still seems to be running. Is it as 'simple' as changing the element and, if so, how do I do it?
