HELP!!!?

Hi, I have this problem with my Icos he24 boiler. it means Flame fault. Restiing the boiler work somtimes . I have ha numerous parts changed over the p ast year but the fault still occurs. Thank goodnes I have an extended warranty.the Ideal engineers don't seem to have a clue. I have asked for a coplete new boiler.I am waiting wor a reply.

did you do the reset button?

flame failure. press the reset button see if it lights if not u need an engineer.
